Beschreibung

Die Gleitringdichtung Pedrollo STA-20 wird für mittelgroße elektrische Pedrollo -Pumpen verwendet.

Geeignet für elektrische Pumpen mit einer 20 mm Kurbelwelle.

Die Gleitringdichtung STA-20 wird in Tauchpumpen mit Zerkleinerungsmechanismus eingesetzt, die zum Fördern von Abwasser mit Feststoffen oder faserigen Bestandteilen bestimmt sind.

Die Aufgabe der Gleitringdichtung besteht darin, den hydraulischen Teil vom elektrischen Teil zu trennen. Sie verhindert, dass Wasser in die Lager und den Motor gelangt.

Die STA-20-Dichtung ermöglicht die Wellenrotation ohne Verwendung einer starren Dichtung.

Die Dichtung besteht aus zwei Teilen: einem rotierenden und einem festen. Sie ist aus Siliziumkarbid, NBR und Edelstahl AISI 304 gefertigt.

Die Dichtung im Inneren der elektrischen Pumpe ist eines der am stärksten beanspruchten Teile und unterliegt daher Verschleiß. Sie muss unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, sobald sich Wasser im Motor befindet.
