GP2W 65/160M - Single-phase booster set
2 THREE-PHASE ELECTRIC PUMPS.
2 x 0.75 kW (2 x 1 HP) motor. Flow rate up to 160 l/min (12 m³/h). Head up to 67 m.
The GP2W 65/160M booster set consists of two 5CR 80 pumps controlled by MT 7 inverters which allow the operation of each pump at variable speed and constant pressure.
The type of INVERTER used, mounted directly on the delivery of the pumps, is dedicated for the control of electric pumps.
The INVERTER has internally mounted: The pressure transducer for the regulation of the maintenance pressure. The flow control, therefore, when there is no demand for water from the user, stops the pump, also protecting the pump from de-priming in the absence of water.
The unit is supplied with the pressure, absorption and rotation parameters already set, the pressure parameter can be easily changed even after installation.
The delivery of the operating flow rate is given by the simultaneous operation of the two pumps. In periods of low consumption, operation is limited to one pump. Vertical pumps are chosen for their particular silence and high efficiency.
The units are hydraulically and electrically pre-assembled on the frame and include shut-off ball valves with union, ONDASTOP silent diaphragm check valves.
The groups, in delivery, can be combined with a membrane tank, with the function of anti-water hammer vessel.
Supplied in versions with single-phase 230V or three-phase 380V power supply.
All our pump groups are made according to the specific needs of the system, it is therefore possible to create groups with a single pump or with flow rate/head characteristics different from those shown in the table.
