How do I create an order?

If it is your first order you need to register an account on the site, if you are already a customer you just need to LOGIN. Once you have logged in to the account, the name of the account holder appears on the top right. Just click on ADD TO CART on the right of the desired product and follow the various steps to complete the order.

Can I add a product to my order without paying the shipping costs again?

Products can be added to an order later by contacting support. Shipping costs are recalculated based on the added product, but will be lower than if you purchased the same one in a new, separate order. However, delivery times will inevitably be rescheduled.

What do I do in the event of a delay in shipping?

If the maximum working days indicated for shipping have passed and you have not yet received the tracking, you can contact us asking for the updated timing and possibly decide whether to wait any longer or receive a refund.

How much does the delivery cost?

Shipping and transport costs are always added to the price of the product purchased. This amount is automatically calculated by the system based, among other things, on the weight and dimensions of the products placed in the order. This amount will be indicated in the purchase procedure before the customer sends the order.

Why doesn't the tracking code you provided me work?

If you have just received the email with the shipping link, it is normal for the tracking code not to work. In fact, the goods are first sorted in the courier's departure branch and then only in the evening is the shipment number generated: at that moment the tracking code is activated and the goods can be tracked.

Is it possible to get a discount?

Yes, if you have received a promotional code via email, simply enter it under "enter discount code" and click "apply". Any further discounts may be offered following the creation of your cart. However, if you have not received any promotional code via e-mail or in your cart, you can ask us for a discount from the product page by clicking on the 'Make a purchase proposal' button.

Cosa è il bonus verde?

The green bonus consists of an Irpef deduction of 36% on the expenses incurred for carrying out extraordinary interventions, i.e. works that are part of an intervention relating to the entire garden or area involved, and which lead to the green arrangement from scratch or to the renewal of the existing. The relief has been extended until 2024.

La detrazione va ripartita in dieci quote annuali di pari importo e va calcolata su un importo massimo di 5.000 euro per unità immobiliare a uso abitativo. La detrazione massima è di 1.800 euro (36% di 5.000) per immobile. Il beneficio può essere replicato per tante volte quanti sono gli interventi agevolabili effettuati dalla stessa persona fisica ma su unità immobiliari diverse. Un proprietario ad esempio, può accedere al bonus sia per il rinnovo del suo terrazzo che per i lavori al giardino condominiale.

Can I return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery. You'll find the dedicated section in YOUR ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY > ORDER DETAILS > RETURN. Once you've specified the reason for the return, you'll receive an email with all the information. The product must be returned in resalable condition, clean, intact, and in its original packaging. Return costs will be borne by the customer. Our company only offers express shipping, so the initial shipping cost will not be refunded. IMPORTANT: Returns are NOT available for perishable items, such as sod or Greenzolla.

Is it possible to request an invoice?

Based on the legislation (art. 1, paragraph 916, of the 2018 Budget Law, law 27 December 2017 n. 205) it is possible to request an invoice within 12 days of the transaction or sale of the goods. Consequently, after this time it will NO longer be possible to issue an invoice. In order to issue an invoice it is necessary to have complete tax data including VAT number for Italian business customers, or Tax Code for private customers.

How does a subscription work?

Why activate a subscription? The subscription mode gives you the opportunity to make automatic periodic purchases on a selection of products. You will have the possibility to personally select the purchase frequency and, based on the frequency of the order, you will be entitled to a certain discount percentage. By selecting the subscription you will not have to worry about making a new purchase as the next order will take place automatically. When the new purchase is renewed, you will be sent a payment request based on the method selected. If you are now interested in subscribing to a product where this service is not provided, you can contact us via the "contact us" section at the top left to request a subscription. GreenZolla shipping Since this is a fresh product, harvesting and shipping must necessarily take place on the same day. For this reason, GreenZolle shipments only take place from Monday to Wednesday to guarantee delivery within the working week.
