Bahiagrass seeds show good tolerance to drought and require low maintenance interventions, they adapt well even in arid soils poor in organic substance.

The resistance to trampling is good, useful for forming residential gardens with heavy wear. Shade tolerance is medium.

Bahiagrass seeds are also ideal in low maintenance areas, such as public parks, roadside embankments, flowerbeds and gardens in coastal environments subject to drought and high temperatures.
