The Pedrollo VF 1.25 foot valve is a unidirectional device, which prevents the return of pressurized fluid.
With unidirectional operation, it is installed at the lower end of the suction pipe and must be completely immersed inside wells, cisterns or storage tanks.
The VF 1.25 valve keeps the pump primed and protects the system.
It prevents water from flowing back into the well when the system shuts down. This keeps the pipe always full of water, allowing the pump to restart immediately without running dry.
The integrated stainless steel filter acts as a defense against mechanical abrasion caused by impurities.
The connection is 1 1/4 inch, DN32, the standard size for common lines.
