With this notice, Prato Erboso Srl (data controller), with registered office in Orta Nova, Via Ponticello, 24, will provide you with information on the processing of your personal data as a result of your registration and use of the Prato Erboso Shop software.
The personal data you provide to Prato Erboso Shop may be used for the following purposes:
a) Prato Erboso Shop provides you with this software in order to allow you to view and save information materials on the items you are interested in, to consult product characteristics, create and consult lists of desired products, manage your registration and/or login to pratoerboso.com, www.pratoerboso.it;
b) to manage and execute your purchase orders or proposals;
c) to carry out activities related to the provision of services by Prato Erboso Shop on your behalf and, in general, to carry out activities related to the execution of a contractual relationship with Prato Erboso Shop;
d) to send notifications regarding informative and promotional communications, including commercial ones, advertising materials and/or offers of goods and services, and to send our periodic newsletter. These notifications will only be enabled if you give your consent by clicking the box that appears on your device screen after accessing our software.
If you wish, you can block operational notifications at any time by completely deactivating them from your account settings;
e) The provision of data, with reference to the purposes referred to in points a), b) and c), is mandatory and any refusal to respond will make it impossible for Prato Erboso Shop to provide you with the relevant services, manage and execute your orders, and allow you to register and access your personal area.
Conversely, you are free to consent or not to the processing of your data for the purposes indicated in points d) and e). Any refusal will prevent Prato Erboso Shop from sending you advertising materials and updating you on promotions for goods and/or services. Please note that if you have provided Prato Erboso Srl with this consent elsewhere or have denied any or all of it, the most recent consents will be considered the reference ones.
In relation to the purposes described above, the processing of personal data will be carried out using electronic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes strictly connected to the use of the App, its services and the online sale of products through it and, in any case, in a way that guarantees the security, secrecy and confidentiality of the data itself.
Your personal data may be made available to companies acting as data controllers or to data processors designated by Prato Erboso Shop for activities related to the purposes set out above, or to any other party to whom the data must be disclosed pursuant to legal provisions. Specifically, Prato Erboso Shop may use shipping and transport companies, which process the data necessary to organize and carry out the shipment, delivery, and return of products purchased on our sites; specialized operators who process the data necessary to manage and maintain the applications; operators responsible for managing and monitoring purchase orders for products sold on the sites and other services necessary for managing the sales system and providing related services; operators who use the data to provide call center and customer care services to customers; and providers of warranty services for products purchased on the sites. In relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise all the rights provided for by Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003. 196, including, for example, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, updating, rectification, integration, deletion, and the right to object, in whole or in part, to future processing.
