Prato Erboso Srl sells various types of products, including non-perishable and perishable goods.
In compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal for all non-perishable goods by notifying them via registered mail within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This notification may also be sent via fax, telegram, telex, or email, provided it is confirmed by registered mail within 48 hours. The return must be made within no less than 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Please note that this right is reserved only for natural persons, i.e., private consumers acting for purposes outside their profession. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons and natural persons acting in a professional capacity with respect to the purchase contract.

The full amount paid for the purchase of the item, including shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
If the customer has requested a special shipment that requires additional costs to the shipping offered by Prato Erboso Srl, these additional costs will not be refunded.
The refunded amount will not be refunded but must be used for a further purchase.
The registered letter must include the order number and personal information.
The returned item must be undamaged and show no signs of use. The accompanying documentation must be undamaged and show no signs of use. The return must be complete in all its parts (including documentation and accessories) and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who is also responsible for shipping. Prato Erboso Srl is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport.
If the above conditions are not met, the right of withdrawal automatically lapses.
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal on perishable goods, such as turf rolls. This product is prepared at the specific request of the consumer and cannot be re-sold due to its perishable nature. For this reason, these products cannot be returned unless the product delivered to the customer is damaged or does not conform to the order.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, the preceding paragraphs do not apply to sales concluded with legal entities and therefore with customers with VAT numbers or who purchase on behalf of a company.
For purchases to be collected at a Prato Erboso Srl store, the right of withdrawal does not apply because it is not a distance selling arrangement. In this case, the consumer has only reserved the product online but has not yet purchased it, and to do so, they must visit the store.
Failure to collect a delivery does not constitute a return.
The customer is required to accept the purchased goods. Failure to collect the goods will result in a storage charge for the sender and a handling fee for returning the product to the sender. In the event of a return to the sender, the product will be held available for reshipment for a period of time at Prato Erboso Srl's discretion, but all handling, storage, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The customer may cancel the purchase but will be responsible for all shipping and return costs.
Damaged or non-compliant material as ordered
If the delivered products show obvious signs of damage, the customer must acknowledge this situation and accept the products with reservations, adding a specific note stating "product accepted with reservations due to obvious signs of damage".
Any anomaly must then be reported within eight days using the following methods:

Only in this case will Prato Erboso snc be able to protect the customer's rights. If the customer fails to make a note of reservation upon receipt of the package and fails to report the damage, any subsequent exercise of the right of withdrawal will be denied as we will find signs of damage upon receipt of the package.
Products accepted without reservation cannot be refunded.
Order Cancellation Request
The purchase order can be cancelled in its entirety if, at the time of the cancellation request, the product has not yet been shipped and, in any case, if the amount has not yet been collected; in this case, no costs will be charged to the customer.
If, at the time of the request to cancel the purchase order, the product has already been entrusted to the courier or, in any case, the amount has been collected, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to the Seller.
To this end, it is necessary to follow the procedures indicated above for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Waiver of purchase
Please note that the customer has the right to refuse the goods upon delivery. However, please note that, upon issuing the refund credit note, in the event of advance payment by credit card, PayPal, or advance bank transfer, shipping costs to the delivery address and return to the sender will be deducted. Therefore, only the product price will be refunded, net of outbound and return shipping costs.
