Prato Erboso rewards the most loyal customers by giving points for each order placed above 10 euros.

How does it work

Every time you place an order on one of our online stores, once payment has been received, you will receive 1 free point for every 10 euro spent.

Each point is equivalent to a 10 euro cent discount voucher that you can discount from subsequent purchases.

How to see the progression of the points

To find out how many points you have accumulated, simply enter the "My account" section and click on "My loyalty points".

How to get the discount coupon

If you want to use the points accumulated by transforming them into a discount voucher go to the "My account" - "My loyalty points" section, and then click on "Turn my points into a voucher for xx, xx   € ".

A discount coupon is automatically generated with a discount code.

Enter the discount voucher code during the order confirmation in the " VOUCHERS " box and press the " Update total " button.

The new discounted amount to be paid will be automatically recalculated.

Warning! The discount coupon expires one year after its generation.
