Prato Erboso Srl sells products of different types distinguishable into non-perishable goods and perishable goods.
In compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal on all non-perishable goods by communicating Ar via registered mail within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This communication may also be anticipated via fax, telegram, telex and e-mail, provided it is confirmed by registered Ar within 48 hours. The return must take place within a period of no less than 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
It should be noted that this right is reserved only for natural persons, i.e. for those private consumers who act for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons who act, in reference to the purchase contract, in a professional context.

The entire sum paid for the purchase of the item will be refunded, including shipping costs, no later than 14 calendar days.
If the customer has requested a particular shipment that requires additional costs to the shipment offered by Prato Erboso Srl , these additional costs will not be refunded.
The refunded amount will not be returned but must be used for a further purchase.
The order number and personal data must be specified in the registered letter.
The material subject to the withdrawal must not be damaged and must not show signs of use. The attached documentation must not be damaged or show signs of use. The return must be complete in all its parts (including documentation and accessories) and must be returned in the original packaging. The costs of return are borne by the customer who is also responsible for shipping: The company Prato Erboso Srl is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport.
In the event that the conditions indicated above do not occur, the right of withdrawal automatically lapses.
The consumer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal on perishable goods such as lawn rolls. This product is prepared upon specific request of the consumer and cannot be re-marketed given the perishable nature of the product. For this reason, these products cannot be returned unless the product delivered to the customer is damaged or does not conform to what was ordered.
Exclusions of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, the preceding paragraphs do not apply with regard to sales concluded with legal entities and therefore with customers with a VAT number or who purchase in the name of a company.
As regards purchases with collection at a Prato Erboso Srl point of sale, the right of withdrawal is not applicable as it is not a matter of distance selling. In fact, in that case, the consumer has only booked the product via the internet, but has not yet purchased it and to do this he will have to go to the point of sale.
Not collecting a delivery is not equivalent to a return.
The customer is required to accept the goods he has purchased. If the customer does not collect his goods, he causes a storage cost for the sender and management costs for returning the product to the sender. In the case of a return to the sender, the product will be kept available for a new shipment for a period of time at the discretion of Prato Erboso Srl , but all management, storage and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The customer may communicate that they wish to renounce the purchase but will be required to pay all costs relating to the shipping and return of the package.
Material damaged or not compliant with what was ordered
If the products delivered show obvious signs of damage, the customer must acknowledge this situation and accept the products with reservation by placing a specific note "product accepted with reservation due to evident signs of damage".

The purchase order can be canceled entirely if, at the time of the cancellation request, the product has not yet been shipped and, in any case, if the amount has not yet been collected; in this case no cost will be charged to the customer.
If at the time of the request to cancel the purchase order the product is already entrusted to the courier or, in any case, the amount has been collected, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and send the goods back to the Seller.
To this end, it is necessary to follow the procedures indicated above for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Renounce the purchase
Please note that the Customer has the right to reject the goods upon delivery. Please note, however, that upon issuing the refund credit note, in the case of advance payment by credit card, Paypal, advance bank transfer, the shipping costs will be reversed up to the delivery address and returned to the sender. . Therefore, only the amount of the product will be refunded, net of return shipping costs.
