Poêle susy

Très déçu par ce site le poêle est très abîmé à l'ouverture du carton pas l'impression qu'il soit neuf ! Bloc d'alimentation électrique à l'arrière cassé rayures un peu partout pas mal de cabosses pas de télécommande dans le colis et la cerise sur le gâteau c'est qu'il ne fonctionne pas. J'ai envoyé un mail pour connaître la conduite à tenir pour qu'une solution soit trouvée rapidement à ce jours toujours pas de réponse !!!
