Ideal for frequent use, the CS 42STE is the industry's first gasoline powered 42cc chainsaw with 3-step start. Unload / push switch / pull starter rope. With a power of 1.5 kilowatts, it is compatible with bars of 14 ", 16" and 18 ". The CS 42STE model is equipped with a chain tensioner that does not require tools and a multipurpose tool. Weighing only 4.9 kilograms, this chainsaw petrol also features an advanced fuel injection system with bleed, CCS, Soft Start and Oxy Power functions, a soft grip and an anti-vibration system.
CCS long life air filtration system
With the innovative CCS air filter system, the chainsaw can be used longer with less air filter maintenance. Thanks to centrifugal cleaning, the intake air is pre-cleaned and larger particles are expelled before reaching the main air filter.
Soft start
Makes starting the McCulloch product easier by reducing the resistance of the starter rope by up to 40%.
Combined commands
All start and stop controls are integrated into one, to allow for simplified starting and to reduce the risk of engine flooding.
