Dal momento in cui sul sito viene riportato che il determinato prodotto è con disponibilità immediata, si pensa che in 2-3 giorni lavorativi venga spedito il prodotto. 10 giorni di attesa, abbiamo dovuto chiamare direttamente la fabbrica pedrollo, perché il responsabile di Prato Erboso è la persona più scortese ed arrogante che potessi conoscere. Se non fosse stato per la gentilezza del direttore di Pedrollo, io starei ancora aspettando, perché Prato Erboso non aveva nemmeno inviato l'ordine in fabbrica. Non comprerò MAI PIÙ su questo sito. Arroganza e maleducazione sono all'ordine del giormo.
