Great service from pratoerboso, product arrived when stated and tracking service was excellent. Amazon UK would not deliver because they weren't prepared to work around the protocol resulting from Brexit, but this company in Italy delivered and at a better price. Will definately be using them again. Five stars.
great mower, very quiet. takes all the hills in the garden. better then previous mower where some were to steep. struggeling a bit with turning on bumpy hills. need to flatten the lawn to sort that.
The unit arrived on time and in excellent packaging. I thought I would have problems communicating in English but by simply using WhatsApp, we managed absolutely perfectly. I'd really recommend this supplier to british people even though they are based in Italy. The delivery agent has taken cxare of all the taxes and taxes, cleared it tyhrougfh custioms within 8 hours and the process was completely transparent to me. Brilliant. Will purchase again! Prem
