MACROTHERMAL SPA

Summer is the season in which a lawn made up of warm-season plants significantly accelerates the metabolism of the grass that forms it.

Temperatures rise rapidly with brighter light for many hours of the day and efficient photosynthesis due to the ability to utilize a wider range of light across the spectrum than in microtherms.

Stolons and rhizomes elongate, colonizing the soil, and new roots form from the meristematic tissues, exploring the soil, along with new leaves that enrich and make the lawn increasingly thick and dense.

This is the time to adequately support it in its metabolic effort with correct and complete nutrition, simultaneously promoting the accumulation of sugars in the rhizomes, which will allow them to build a fundamental reserve to overcome any moments of stress with a vigorous vegetative recovery.

Bottos has created a complete line for macrothermal plants with products to use during every phase of this vegetative explosion and to accompany them through the end-of-season dormancy.

MICROTHERMAL

During the summer, even the healthiest and most developed grass, especially during the hottest hours, rests, "pulls in its oars" and floats on a survival line to overcome difficult moments.

The respiration processes are accentuated, the stomatal openings are under continuous stress, the transpiration rate is maximum with rapid ascending and descending movements of the lymph.

Some interventions, as temperatures rise, become no longer useful and, indeed, can create confusion and, above all, damage.
The only recommended granular fertilizers are potassium-based fertilizers with controlled-release nitrogen.

This is where Bottos liquids come to our rescue.

STRONGER 11-0-11 + Fe

Balanced, slow-release fertilizer with chelated iron. Density, color, and vigor for warm-season plants.

Dosage:

Foliar: 150-400 g/100 m2 diluted in approximately 5-10 litres of water.

Radical: 250-600 g/100 m2 diluted in approximately 8-10 litres of water.

Bottos Promoter Fertilizer

PROMOTER

A naturally derived biostimulant rich in amino acids and secondary metabolites. It falls into the probiotic category for defense, rooting, and space colonization.

Excellent space colonization thanks to its robust rhizomes and stolons. Shade-tolerant. Excellent heat and drought tolerance.

FIGHTER

Fluid organic nitrogen fertilizer based on yeast extracts. Contains brown algae and Bacillus spp. Promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria against pathogens. Use between 20°C and 35°C.

Foliar: 25-30 g/100 m2 diluted in 5-10 litres of water.

Nutraforte fertilizer from Bottos

Anti-stress action, restoration of biofertility, strengthening and root fasciculation. FREE FROM BAD ODORS.

Balanced blend of microelements with green pigment shielding from harmful UV rays with instant color restoration.

Dosage:

Microthermal: 250 g/100 m2 diluted in 5-10 litres of water every 15-30 days from late spring until autumn.

Macrothermal plants: 250-400 g/100 m2 diluted in 5-10 litres of water every 15-30 days during the pre-dormant period or at the beginning of vegetative awakening.
