The Hansen HRB5040 fitting is a 1 1/2" male to 1 1/4" female threaded reduction.
The reduction bushing has a nominal size of 50 millimeters x 40 millimeters and measures 38 millimeters and has a BSPT type connection. It works at a pressure of 16 bar and a temperature of 20 degrees centigrade.
Made of high quality glass fiber reinforced nylon, stabilized against UV rays, comparable in mechanical resistance to metal fittings, with the added benefits of plastic materials because it does not generate rust. The reinforced nylon also guarantees resistance to atmospheric agents, termites, fungi and bacteria.
The HRB5040 is ideal for use with drinking water as it does not release contaminants into the water. It is suitable for use above or below ground at different operating pressures and temperatures.
