The AFL695 S Series plastic filter is able to remove large quantities of sand, slag and solid particles from the water by exploiting the centrifugal force.
The water enters the filter tangentially to the body, the sand and solid particles heavier than water are pushed against the conical wall of the body by centrifugal force and collect in the special tank located in the lower part, while the clean water rises from the central part of the body.
The particular shape of the entry into the hydrocyclone facilitates the formation of the water cyclone, such as to obtain the best separation of the sand from the water, moreover, thanks to the quick assembly system, it can be completely inspected.
The filter body is entirely made of plastic.
The inlet and outlet connections are flanged DIN size 50.
