The Rain Bird PRF-100-RBY filter is constructed in a Y-shape. The filter cartridge is made of stainless steel with a 200 mesh screen, i.e. 200 meshes per linear inch.
It is positioned with the pipe connections at the bottom. It can be cleaned simply by removing the cartridge from the filter without contaminating the system water.
Having the pressure regulator allows you to reduce the number of components in the construction of the system.
Thanks to the compact construction, multiple components can be installed in one valve box.
Installation is simpler and with fewer components, the risk of leaks is reduced.
