The printed Corten profiles have a folded top edge for greater safety and thanks to their great flexibility, areas of any shape can be created or delimited.

Corten steel is a special high-strength, self-passivating alloy containing copper, chromium, and phosphorus. As its name suggests, it offers remarkable corrosion resistance and tensile strength. In fact, its resistance to atmospheric agents is five to eight times greater than that of common carbon steel.

Corten steel is characterised by its natural oxidation upon contact with air: the rust finish stops after 18-36 months, after causing a slight reduction in thickness, forming a uniform and resistant patina that prevents the progressive spread of corrosion, remaining unchanged for decades and significantly reducing the need for periodic maintenance.

It is a natural, ecological and 100% recyclable material.

The pleasant brown color, which varies in tone over the years and with the external environment, gives the product uniqueness and exclusivity, testifying to its widespread use in architecture for buildings, sculptures and monuments, industrial applications, scaffolding, bridges, and guardrails.

Corten edgings are easy to install. To assemble, overlap the shaped ends of the strips, inserting them from the flat side with the holes.

Secure with rivets or screws. For the version with pegs, insert a single peg into the slot and drive it into the ground. The overlap for the interlocking joints reduces the length of the strips by 3 centimeters.
