Bahiagrass seeds from Bottos ' Zolla Verde seeds are ideal for creating lawns in warm, partially shaded conditions.
Bahiagrass seeds are composed of the Paspalum notatum species, a warm-growing grass native to South America that has a deep, fasciculated root system.
The small seeds are coated in pellets to improve germination and make sowing easier.
Bahiagrass seeds show good drought tolerance and require low maintenance, adapting well even to arid soils poor in organic matter.
Trampling resistance is good, making it useful for creating residential gardens subject to heavy use. Shade tolerance is average.
Bahiagrass seeds are also ideal for low-maintenance areas, such as public parks, roadsides, flowerbeds and gardens in coastal environments subject to drought and high temperatures.
The 5-kilogram bag allows you to sow up to approximately 500 square meters of seed. It can be sown from April to August.
