Le poêle est arrivé avec des coups. la nappe d'alimentation était déconnectée une pièce était détachée et je ne sais pas où elle va. impossible de joindre le service après vente en vue du remplacement ou du remboursement. A ce stade je déconseille cette achat. Toute fois si mon avis est lu. mon numéro de commande est VLPMYQCWN et mon adresse mail est m.jacquet@skynet.be
