Article reçu abîmé, axe du moteur tordu. Plusieurs aller/retour avec le SAV qui m'indique que les frais de retours sont à ma charge, un peu culotté pour un produit arrivé HS. Je décide de faire un retour pour remboursement, produit réceptionné le 27 mars à l'entrepôt. Plus de nouvelles malgré 3 relances mails, et pas de remboursement
