FLUID SOLAR 4/3 - 750W Solar Electric Pump Kit

The Pedrollo FLUID SOLAR 4/4 750 Watt solar electric pump kit has a flow rate of 5 to 110 litres/minute and a head of 40.5 to 13 metres.

The performances are intended with photovoltaic modules with a total nominal power of 980 Wp connected in such a way as to obtain an open-circuit voltage of 100 VDC and a solar irradiation of 1000 W/m2.

The kit consists of an electric pump with a 2-meter power cable, a control unit for connecting the photovoltaic panels to the pump, and a cable junction kit.

The 4" multi-stage submersible solar electric pump is suitable for pumping clean water with a maximum sand content of 150 g/m3. It can be used up to 40 meters below the water level.

It is particularly suitable for irrigation, pressurization systems with water drawn from a well or cistern.

The electric motor is a high-efficiency, submersible permanent magnet motor, specifically sized and suitable for continuous duty. It is rewindable and has insulation class F and IP 68. This motor is equipped with an internal inverter that converts the output voltage from the modules and regulates the motor's rotation speed to maximize the energy available at any given moment. For example, on a sunny day (1000 W/m2), the rotation speed will be high, resulting in high pump performance, while on a cloudy day (300 W/m2), the speed will be reduced, resulting in lower performance.

To achieve its rated performance, the electric pump must be powered by 4 photovoltaic modules with an open-circuit voltage of each module between 35 and 50 Vdc. The total rated power of the 4 modules must be at least 980 Wp. The entire system is managed by a control unit provided.

The kit includes the electric pump with a 2-meter long power cable, the electrical panel for connecting the photovoltaic panels to the pump, the cable junction kit, 5 male connectors and 5 female connectors.
