The Pedrollo FLUID SOLAR 1/10 750 Watt solar electric pump kit has a flow rate from 5 to 38 liters per minute and a head from 10 to 89 meters.
The performances are intended with photovoltaic modules with a total nominal power of 980 Wp connected in such a way as to obtain a no-load voltage of 100 VDC and a solar irradiation of 1000 W/m2.
The kit consists of an electric pump with a 2-meter power cable, a control unit for connecting the photovoltaic panels to the pump, and a cable junction kit.
The 4” submersible multi-stage solar electric pump is suitable for pumping clean water with a maximum sand content of 150 g/m3. The limit of use is up to 40 meters below the water level.
It is particularly suitable for irrigation, pressurization systems with water taken from a well or cistern.
The electric motor is a high-efficiency permanent magnet submersible motor, specially sized and suitable for continuous service, rewindable with insulation class F, IP 68. This motor is equipped internally with an inverter that converts the output voltage from the modules and regulates the speed of rotation of the motor in such a way as to make the most of the energy available at a given moment. For example, on a sunny day (1000 W/m2) there will be a high rotation speed with high pump performance, while on a cloudy day ( 300 W/m2) the speed will be reduced with consequent lower performance.
To achieve the nominal performance, the electric pump must be powered by 4 photovoltaic modules with a no-load voltage of each module between 35 and 50 Vdc, the total nominal power of the 4 modules must be at least 980 Wp. Everything is managed by a control unit supplied.
The kit includes the electric pump with a 2-meter long power cable, the electrical panel for connecting the photovoltaic panels to the pump, the cable connection kit, 5 male connectors and 5 female connectors.
