The GP2W - 5CR 100 pressure group consists of two 5CR 100 pumps controlled by a TT6 inverter which allows each pump to operate at variable speed and constant pressure.
The type of inverter used, mounted directly on the pump delivery, is dedicated to the control of electric pumps.
The INVERTER has internally mounted: The pressure transducer for the regulation of the maintenance pressure. The flow control, therefore when there is no demand for water from the user it stops the pump, also protecting the pump from mispriming in the absence of water.
The unit is supplied with the pressure, absorption and rotation parameters already set, the pressure parameter can be easily changed even after installation.
The operating flow rate is provided by the simultaneous operation of the two pumps. During periods of low consumption, operation is limited to one pump. Vertical pumps are chosen for their particular silence and high efficiency.
The groups are hydraulically and electrically pre-assembled on a frame and include shut-off ball valves with union nut and silent ONDASTOP diaphragm check valves.
The delivery groups can be combined with a membrane tank, which functions as an anti-water hammer vessel.
Supplied in versions with single-phase 230 V or three-phase 380 V power supply.
All our pump groups are made according to the specific needs of the system, it is therefore possible to create groups with a single pump or with flow rate/head characteristics different from those shown in the table.
