The Pedrollo VR 1.5 non-return valve is a unidirectional device, which prevents the return of pressurized fluid.
It finds natural use in domestic water systems, water elevation systems, heating systems, thermal power plants, heat generators, wall-mounted boilers, wood-fired boilers, heat pumps, solar systems, and industrial and agricultural water systems in general.
The internal hydraulic seal is achieved by the forces exerted by a spring and the pressure of the liquid on a gasket that ensures the seal even at minimal backpressures. Furthermore, the spring force allows the valve to be universally applicable in any installation position.
