The Irridea FC150-MM-120 filter is constructed in a T-shape. The filter cartridge is made of polyester with a 50 mesh net, i.e. 50 meshes per linear inch.
It has a collection container for impurities. It is positioned with the pipe connections at the bottom. It can be cleaned simply by removing the cartridge from the filter without contaminating the system water.
The collection container prevents dirt from falling back into the filter and thus into the pipework when the cartridge is removed. Reassembly is easy, always working from the top.
It can be cleaned simply by opening the filter holder's locking ring and removing the cartridge.
