Ofen kam total verbeult und verkratzt an. An der Verpackung waren allerdings keine Schäden. Des weiteren ist ein Kabelband, was das Display steuert, durchtrennt gewesen. Umtausch wird verweigert, deshalb nie mehr!
Bonjour je viens de recevoir ma poêle à granulés impeccable le carton est intacte tout est intact je vais pouvoir commander d'autres poêle à granulés je vous remercie cordialement il faut encore que je le monte et que je l'ai fait mais je pense que tu vas bien
nous avons bien reçu le poele mais il a un coup du au transport donc on est pas trés content de plus la notice est bien complete mais pas une phrase en français je suis deçu et je ne commanderai plus sur ce site
