PRECISION ROTATING nozzles
Problem
The range of the static sprinkler is insufficient. Static sprinklers reach maximum ranges of around 5 metres. To cover distances greater than 5 meters dynamic sprinklers should be used, but often when installers have to cover distances ranging from 5 to 7 meters they still use static sprinklers thinking that it is not justified to spend more money for half a meter, or an extra meter. in purchasing more expensive sprinklers, capable of reaching ranges of 10 meters and more and then making them work on ranges of 5 and a half or 6 metres. They assume that water will still arrive from nearby sprinklers to cover any uncovered area. If your installer has made a mistake of this type you will find areas of the lawn that dry out or suffer from water stress.
You need to extend the range of your static sprinklers but you don't want to dig up your lawn to install dynamic sprinklers.
The installer used the right sprinklers, for example he installed sprinklers with a 5 meter nozzle where the range should have been 5 metres, but he installed many sprinklers on the same line and due to insufficient water the sprinkler does not reach the desired range .
The lawn is sloping and the high quantity of water that the static sprinklers spray causes runoff because the soil does not have time to absorb the water. The water tends to bog down downstream.
Solution and advantages
The PRECISION ROTATING nozzles are multi-jet rotating heads and therefore have the characteristics of a dynamic sprinkler but can be installed on any static sprinkler on the market.
They have a range ranging from 4.2 to 7.9 meters, therefore they allow your static sprinklers to exceed the 5 meter limit and reach approximately 8 meters of range.
They consume 40% less water than static nozzles, allowing you to install more sprinklers for each area while maintaining the right range.
More sprinklers can be mounted with the same flow rate, therefore where the pressure is good but the sprinklers are insufficient, more sprinklers can be added, avoiding positioning errors without losing pressure in the system.
The particular construction of the turbine keeps the rotation stable regardless of the flow rate and operating pressure.
By creating a system with homogeneous coverage you will give the right amount of water to every corner of your garden, preventing some areas from becoming water stressed due to too little water and others receiving too much with the consequence that the lawn will become ill with fungal diseases.
The multi-jet system sprays less water than a static sprinkler, gives the soil more time to absorb the water and therefore reduces runoff.
