Orders
If it is your first order you need to register an account on the site, if you are already a customer you just need to LOGIN. Once you have logged in to the account, the name of the account holder appears on the top right. Just click on ADD TO CART on the right of the desired product and follow the various steps to complete the order.
Products can be added to an order later by contacting support. Shipping costs are recalculated based on the added product, but will be lower than if you purchased the same one in a new, separate order. However, delivery times will inevitably be rescheduled.
E' possibile effettuare il reso di un prodotto entro 14 giorni dalla data della consegna. Troverà la sezione dedicata in IL TUO ACCOUNT > STORICO ORDINI > DETTAGLI DELL'ORDINE > RESO MERCE. Una volta specificato il motivo di reso riceverà una mail contenente l'etichetta di reso con tutte le indicazioni.
