Is it possible to request an invoice?

Based on the legislation (art. 1, paragraph 916, of the 2018 Budget Law, law 27 December 2017 n. 205) it is possible to request an invoice within 12 days of the transaction or sale of the goods. Consequently, after this time it will NO longer be possible to issue an invoice. 

In order to issue an invoice it is necessary to have complete tax data including VAT number for Italian business customers, or Tax Code for private customers.
