STEADYPRES MM 16 by Pedrollo is a single-phase powered speed regulator for single-phase and three-phase AC electric motors.
It keeps the system pressure constant at a value defined by the user, adapting the pump performance to the instantaneous demand, by varying the engine speed.
It continuously carries out checks on the electrical and operating parameters, ensuring the protection of the pumping unit from all types of common anomalies such as overcurrents and dry running.
STEADYPRES MM 16 manages single or parallel pumps, up to 3 units, with a maximum power of 2.2 kW each, being able to work in stand-alone configuration or in parallel with other electronic controls via optional serial connection.
It adapts to any type of system, even existing ones, while simplifying the design and complexity of new systems, reducing their costs, as it avoids the use of pressure switches, large expansion vessels, electrical control panels, and check valves.
It operates electric pumps with progressive speed starting ramps that limit inrush currents, extending the life of the motors and allowing for significant energy savings.

Ho acquistato questo inverter monoblocco (quindi opportunamente raffreddato ad acqua, il che offre notevoli vantaggi) poiché conoscevo già sia la marca che la serie precedente dello stesso prodotto e ne ero molto soddisfatto. La serie 2.0 dello Steadypres, ora gestito direttamente dalla casa madre Pedrollo, offre nuove funzionalità firmware e di gestione pompa, con una ancor maggiore robustezza del blocco che include la valvola di non ritorno ed il sensore di pressione e di flusso integrati. Disponibile anche la scheda di espansione per ottenere contatti di ingresso, uscita ed allarme, nonché per collegare in parallelo più pompe (ciascuna con il proprio Steadypres) realizzando gruppi di pompaggio ridondati. Facilissimo da programmare, insensibile agli sbalzi di tensione, preciso nella regolazione dei giri motore. In fase di funzionamento offre la lettura dei parametri di funzionamento idraulici ed elettrici, inoltre protegge la pompa dalla marcia a secco con possibilità (selezionabile) di auto-riavvio con ritardo impostabile. Un prodotto di eccellente qualità.
