The GP2Wm - FCR 80/5 pressure group consists of two FCRm 100/5 pumps controlled by an MT12 inverter which allows each pump to operate at variable speed and constant pressure.
The type of inverter used, mounted directly on the pump delivery, is dedicated to the control of electric pumps.
The inverter has an internal pressure transducer for maintaining pressure regulation. Flow control therefore stops the pump when there is no water demand from the user, also protecting the pump from depriming in the absence of water.
The unit is supplied with the pressure, absorption and rotation parameters already set, the pressure parameter can be easily changed even after installation.
The operating flow rate is achieved by the simultaneous operation of the two pumps. During periods of low consumption, operation is limited to one pump. Vertical pumps are chosen for their exceptionally quiet operation and high efficiency.
The units are hydraulically and electrically pre-assembled on a frame and include shut-off ball valves with union and ONDASTOP silent diaphragm check valves.
The delivery groups can be combined with a membrane tank, which acts as a water hammer arrester.
Supplied in versions with single-phase 230 volt or three-phase 380 volt power supply.
All our pump units are designed to meet the specific needs of the system, so it is possible to create units with a single pump or with flow rate/head characteristics different from those shown in the table.
