The Italtecnica Brio electronic pressure regulator is an electronic device that automatically controls the start and stop of single-phase electric pumps up to 2 HP.
Its function replaces the traditional system consisting of a pressure switch and expansion tank. It starts the pump following a drop in pressure and stops it when the liquid flow drops below 2.5 liters per minute.
The Brio protects the system from dry running. It features a built-in, serviceable check valve.
It has a built-in Smart Auto Reset. After a water shortage, it attempts to restart at longer intervals, for a total of 10 attempts.
Anti-seize protection is standard. After every 24 hours of non-use, it runs the pump for 10 seconds to prevent the rotor from seizing.
It can be installed in any position both vertical and horizontal.
