Green Calendar for November 2025
MACROTHERMAL SPA
Do you want it blond or green? In autumn, the vegetative vigor of warm-season plants slows dramatically, eventually stopping altogether in the northernmost regions. Before this happens, it's necessary to apply specific nutrition with Cold Time, a specific organo-mineral formula designed to promote sugar accumulation in the rhizomes. This is essential for rapid vegetative recovery next spring. Continue applying Promoter until the plants begin to fade.
It's also time to decide whether to give our lawn a winter lease of life by introducing a specific winter ryegrass mix like Macroseeding or let the winter ryegrass take its place because we will return to trample and use it next summer.
MICROTHERMAL
November is a special and crucial month for lawn care. Temperatures drop significantly, the photoperiod (daylight hours) shortens, and precipitation increases.
All this leads to a halt, or at least a significant limitation, of grass growth.
But we mustn't limit ourselves to merely observing the aesthetic and aerial aspects of plants. Indeed, we must crucially ensure that we have expanded and continued to develop the root system, increasing its biomass and deepening it.
Potassium, especially when combined in the correct form and directly correlated with other nutrients, is the fundamental element for promoting the process of formation and growth of new roots.
