Shipping and transport costs are always added to the price of the product purchased. This amount is automatically calculated by the system based, among other things, on the weight and dimensions of the products placed in the order. This amount will be indicated in the purchase procedure before the customer sends the order.

If you have just received the email with the shipping link, it is normal for the tracking code not to work. In fact, the goods are first sorted in the courier's departure branch and then only in the evening is the shipment number generated: at that moment the tracking code is activated and the goods can be tracked.
