Can I return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery. You'll find the dedicated section in YOUR ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY > ORDER DETAILS > RETURN. Once you've specified the reason for the return, you'll receive an email with all the information.

The product must be returned in resalable condition, clean, intact, and in its original packaging.

Return costs will be borne by the customer. Our company only offers express shipping, so the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT: Returns are NOT available for perishable items, such as sod or Greenzolla.
