MICROTHERMAL

August continues along the same lines as July and this means that three months of generally accentuated conditions cause a good test of resistance for the turf.

During this time, it's almost more important to understand what not to do and to scrupulously follow targeted interventions to support, protect, and preserve your health.

This will allow, in the case of small and localized problems, a quick recovery in the case of accentuated deficiencies or pathological attacks.

Let's take a look at some of the products we can use to help our lawn survive the notoriously hottest month of the year.

MACROTHERMAL SPA

Summer is the season in which a lawn made up of warm-season plants significantly accelerates the metabolism of the grass that forms it.

Temperatures rise rapidly with brighter light for many hours of the day and efficient photosynthesis due to the ability to utilize a wider range of light across the spectrum than in microtherms.

Stolons and rhizomes elongate, colonizing the soil, and new roots form from the meristematic tissues, exploring the soil, along with new leaves that enrich and make the lawn increasingly thick and dense.

This is the time to adequately support it in its metabolic effort with correct and complete nutrition, simultaneously promoting the accumulation of sugars in the rhizomes, which will allow them to build a fundamental reserve to overcome any moments of stress with a vigorous vegetative recovery.
